Hello. Okay so today i'm going to write about this pretty good project that we're doing in college at the moment. We have to create a short film which has to be 8 minutes long. I've made short films before but this is different. I've never gone into this much detail before. This project works like a real film in which we have to submit a fantasy cast, budgets, character summaries and other little things. I'm enjoying it so far. I just finished my script and i'm writing a comedy/mystery setting for it. I hope it's goes well anyway. The first few bits seemed fine and i submitted them. With the ending of my script, i feel that the story is coming together nicely. We start filming around February so i'm actually really looking forward to it. Eight minutes is a lot longer than it seems. I recently got into adobe software. We use audition, premier pro and flash (which is great for animation) as well as lots of other... things. my course is actually going really well so far and i'm working on films, cartoons and drawings in my spare time. I might even put some of them on here.... That would be all for now... until next time when i write about something else. Right then, see ya.

Hello. My name is Joe or Joseph.... okay we'll say Joe... and I just started this whole blogging thing. the world of blogging was recommended to me recently and i still don't really know what to expect. Anyway i'm going to give it a go and who knows maybe it will be good. I'm a college student of media and art and animation is my thing. I love to draw so that's really going to be what my blog is going to be about. I'm going to write about how i'm getting through life as a lover of animation and how i find my experiences with art, animation, software that i use as i try to get into the industry of cartoons. I'm really just a guy who wants to do something that i love and my dream is to one day own my own animation company like Disney.... (i know, ambitious). So, if like me you love cartoons, film, radio and art and want to get into the industry like me then i hope that you can identify with me as i write these posts. That's it for my first post.... hope it's not too bad.... I'm starting to question every spelling...  Right, i hope you enjoy reading about my goals, achievements and most likely my failures as i work on my ultimate journey of becoming an animator.
